Dylan’s Fondue Fusion is a restaurant in Sarasota, Florida. The menu specialties are cheese fondue and chocolate fondue. Diners can order cheese fondue as a first course.
The cheese fondue is served with bread, fruits and vegetables. The kinds of fondue available are Irish Cheddar, Original Swiss, Chipotle Cheddar and Blue Ribbon Cheese. Irish Cheddar has a beer base. Its flavors include Swiss cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Emmenthaler Swiss and Gruyere are blended in the Original Swiss fondue. This has a white wine base. It is flavored with nutmeg and garlic. It is topped with cherry brandy. The Chipotle Cheddar fondue has a beer and salsa base. Guests can have this topped with jalapenos. It is served with tortilla chips. The Blue Ribbon fondue has Fontina cheese, Asiago cheese and a bit of blue cheese. This is flavored with scallions and shallots. It has a white wine base.
Salads are included with the entrees. Salad choices are house, mushroom, Asian, Caesar and feta. The Asian salad has dried noodles. Homemade dressing choices are Caesar, ranch, Asian Citrus, raspberry vinaigrette or white balsamic vinaigrette.
Diners will cook their entrées at their tables. Cooking style choices include peanut oil or different flavors of vegetable broths. Vegetable broth choices include Asian Hot Pot with soy sauce, vegetable broth with port wine, Jamaican Spiced with Caribbean spices, Japanese Teriyaki Sukikyaki and Indian Mango. Guests can request vegetable bouillon.
Entrée choices include shrimp, lobster, filet mignon, chicken, fresh fish, scallops and ravioli. Guests can select entrées for one or entrées for two. One of the entrées for one is a vegetarian sampler. Entrées for two include a cheese fondue and a salad. Wine and beer are available.
Flavoring used in the chocolate fondues includes milk chocolate, dark chocolate and peanut butter. It is served with cheesecake, fruit, cake and brownies.
Dylan’s Fondue Fusion is open for dinner every day. A private party room for ten to twenty guests is available.
